brother, and bringeth them up into a high mountain apart:the Glory of The Godhead
47 17 2 And he was transfigured before them. And his face did shine as the sun: and his garments became white as snow.
47 17 3 And behold there appeared to them Moses and Elias talking with him. PMatthew 1-2.
Do we not see here
shining forth from
the Face of Christ,
as the prayer reminds us?not in bread alone
Do we not here also perceive a positive message that Christ's physical Body and Soul is most certainly worthy of worship?
Man is Saved by The Word of God
P 5 8 3 He afflicted thee with want, and gave thee manna for thy food, which neither thou nor thy fathers knew: to shew that
doth man live,
but in every word
that proceedeth from the mouth of God. P
(Matthew 4.4)this Human Being, Jesus Christ,
Yet again, we are forced to become conscious that The Word of God, in the Gospels, was given to creation through the physical Body of The Man, Jesus Christ.
Doesn't that say to us that eternal-life is made available to me and to everyone through the teaching of The Son of Man in time and space and that
is the Mouthpiece of God
that He is God-speaking-to-us
by way of His Humanity?Put in thy finger hither,
P50 20 27 Then he saith to Thomas:
and see my hands;
and bring hither thy hand,
and put it into my side;
and be not faithless, but believing. My Lord, and my God.PJohn.
50 20 28 Thomas answered, and said to him:
We too must say to Jesus Christ, The Man, My Lord and my God.He raised His Humanity
Or are we to by-pass The Man and go directly to God as if The Man was not God?
I think not.
Because The Man IS God.
Jesus Christ, The Man (The Son of Man) is God-made-man; is God.
Jesus Christ used the word 'I' and 'me' and 'my'. He spoke with His human tongue and thought with His human brain and lived though the beating of His human Heart.
It was the His human Tongue that said I bring you a new commandment.
P 47 5 44 But I say to you, Love your enemies: do good to them that hate you: and pray for them that persecute and calumniate you. P
P 47 11 23 And thou Capharnaum, shalt thou be exalted up to heaven? thou shalt go down even unto hell. For if in Sodom had been wrought the miracles that have been wrought in thee, perhaps it had remained unto this day.
47 11 24 But I say unto you, that it shall be more tolerable for the land of Sodom in the day of judgment, than for thee.
49 19 26 But I say to you, that to every one that hath shall be given, and he shall abound: and from him that hath not, even that which he hath, shall be taken from him. P (Matthew. Luke)
This Human Being Who says 'I say to you' is Jesus Christ. He speaks as God but He speaks in His Humanity.
He may have humbled Himself to become a human but in doing so
into the divine Sphere.
Only through His doing this
are we able to join Him
in that divine Sphere.
Therefore, if His Humanity
is not raised
to this divine Sphere,
then there is NO chance
that we will ever gain
that divine Sphere, with Him,
which of course is Heaven Itself; which is the sharing of Divinity with Jesus, The Christ.
Is it possible that Christ, The Person of The Son of God, will reject devotion to His Sacred Heart?
Is it possible that The Sacrificial Lamb of God will ignore devotion to His innumerable Wounds, embraced by Him for our Salvation?
