could engender impulse and energy to matter and design.
Thereby The Holy Trinity brought forth all creation through an original super-DNA. Or alternatively, God brought forth the physical universe within which was our world, and in this world He placed His super-DNA for living things?
Origin Thinking
I have come to the conclusion that one should delete or shelve the word evolution from the memory for its accepted meaning is aimed at destroying Catholicism.
To try to gain a Christian attitude towards the origin of the universe, one needs to totally ignore
evolution, and proceed thereafter within a safer form of contemplation.
One of our problems in today's world is that we all breath in evolution and automatically approve of a billion year old universe and actually are surprised that some really believe in a 6,000 year old universe - with convincing proof -  as depicted by Scripture!
We need to get away from Darwin's evolution and get rid of the resulting false extrapolations that proceeded from that abysmal theory.
I think this will be an extremely difficult to do, for our generation.
It is like modernism in The Universal Church. We are still finding modernist junk stored in the brain cells which we absorbed during the first years this poison was fed to us.
So too with evolution - in fact evolution and modernism go hand in hand as double dose of world-wide deception.
The Big Bang
While this is a scientific theory - and therefore suspect - I have always liked this idea.
It seems to me that God is so great that, from one point, using three basic fabrics of creation, under impulse from three basic energies (imitating The Holy Trinity), God did all that He needed to do to bring forth the incredible universe of infinite variety, colour and expanse - in six stages.
The big bang theory has some aspects that might explain Scriptural indications e.g. the universe being 6,000 years old.
Because, if at the beginning God instilled energies into His basic fabrics, one would expect that the original
bang would have produced a massive impetus of power at one centre equal to all the energy in that is now spread throughout the universe.
One would think therefore, that the speed of expanding particles in all directions generated by that gigantic original explosion upon the basic fabric, would exceed anything known by man - much, much faster then the speed of light as is measured by our scientists today.
The speed was so great in fact that the universe as we observe it today, in shape, formation and position, could have become established - a fact of science - in a considerably shorter time then proposed by science.
As well, the light generated at the beginning of the
bang would have accompanied and been part of, the colossal expansion of matter.
As the universe expanded the incredible force of gravity would have gradually exerted a braking effect on the speed of expansion. Indeed this slowing - over say 6,000 years - would have been tremendous, and would have multiplied, so that the current expansion rate is a minute fraction of the original.
Humility
I do not think that grovelling is an form of humility.
Taking a humiliating posture, however, can encourage humility and may even be an sign of humility, but I think that The Almighty would prefer a humble posture in one's very heart - in the very essence that is our person.
It seems to me that humility is perfectly achieved through Truth.

Possessing and embracing Truth is true humility.

Realising that The Creator of the entire universe, physical and spiritual, is The Three Divine Persons, the Second of Whom became Man and embraced the Cross of Salvation, is Truth that brings about awe in spiritual creatures such as the human being.
The more perfectly one grasps Truth the greater the humility.
Surely, the greatest method of grasping Truth to the fullest, is by recognition of Mary, Woman of Scripture, Mother of Christ - The Immaculate Conception.
I have mentioned previously that grasping as well as possible, the incomprehensible wonder, beauty, glory and gorgeousness of Mary, our own Mother too,
and then, raising our spiritual view to her adored Son,

we begin to get to the Truth of the Divine.

Living in wonder of The Virgin and seeking the higher Truth of Jesus, we are further called to the awesome perception of The Holy Trinity - The Eternal-source of all Existence, Beauty and Power.
THEN, we might care to view ourselves
- and begin to gain the magnificent gift of humility.
We, creatures of The Almighty, realising that everything we have has been given us, suddenly find ourselves on the path of recognition, acknowledgment and appreciation of The Divine and this path is humility.
This is what The Almighty desires from His children.
P  50 4 23  But the hour cometh, and now is, when the true adorers shall adore the Father in spirit and in truth. For the Father also seeketh such to adore him.
50 4 24  God is a spirit; and they that adore him, must adore him in spirit and in truth.
P(John)
Having and embracing the realisation of Truth, true adoration follows, whether working, playing, praying, sleeping - and life becomes one continuous prayer.
Because one is truly living in Truth.
P  50 8 32  And you shall know the truth, and the truth shall make you free. P
On the other hand the complete lack of Truth is a most sad deprivation.
P  50 8 43  Why do you not know my speech? Because you cannot hear my word.
50 8 44  You are of your father the devil, and the desires of your father you will do. He was a murderer from the beginning,

and he stood not in the truth;
because truth is not in him.

When he speaketh a lie, he speaketh of his own: for he is a liar, and the father thereof. P (John)
