You at least, my beloved ones, must listen to Me and follow Me. And then, through you, I will be able to call everyone to enter as quickly as possible into the Ark of the New Covenant and of salvation, which my Immaculate Heart has prepared for you, in view of these times of chastisement. Pthis must first happen
Our Lady, in thus speaking to Father Gobbi, of the Marian Movement of Priests, likens the evil of today to that of the days of Noah.
The flood in the days of Noah happened suddenly, but the preceding war between Good and evil was over an extended period. The final defeat of evil then, took place over a matter of days.
P1 7 4 For yet a while, and after seven days, I will rain upon the earth forty days and forty nights; and I will destroy every substance that I have made, from the face of the earth.
1 7 5 And Noe did all things which the Lord had commanded him.
1 7 6 And he was six hundred years old, when the waters of the flood overflowed the earth.
1 7 7 And Noe went in and his sons, his wife and the wives of his sons with him into the ark, because of the waters of the flood.
1 7 10 And after the seven days were passed, the waters of the flood overflowed the earth. P
Catholic and Orthodox
In the defeat of the devil, in the new era where the Catholic Eucharist is recognised by all for The Wonder it is, we have a particular problem in that The Eucharist of the Orthodox Church is also be recognised as genuine.
Further, the Sacraments and the apostolic background of the Orthodox are also genuine. Besides unity with Catholicism, they lack only Peter and Peter's Magisterium.
Disunity in the new Era could create difficulties anew as to which is the true Church of Christ.
It would not be enough to recognise that the Two are making genuine effort to re-unite - for in fact, they will remain, for all intents and purposes, disunited.
It seems to me then, that
before the fullness
of The Era of The Spirit comes upon us:-
the reunion of the Two,
Catholic and Orthodox.
Then, when the world sees The Church as the Light for the world, there will be no difficulties, for the reunited Church will shine as One - in The Eucharist, in the Priesthood, in the Sacraments, in the Magisterium lead by the Pope and in Doctrine.W
There can not be two Lights for the world.
This thought comes to me as something of a surprise as that means that some time must yet pass before we perceive the fullness of world Peace - when we have had earlier expectations; indeed, when events seemed overdue!
Could it be that the unity of Catholicism and Orthodox is the signal for the SWIFT entrance of world Peace.
PYour Beatitude, with faith in Jesus Christ, "the firstborn from the dead" (Col 1:18), and in a spirit of fraternal charity and lively hope, I wish to assure you that the Catholic Church is irrevocably committed to the path of unity with all the Churches. Only in this way will the one People of God shine forth in the world as the sign and instrument of intimate union with God and of the unity of the entire human race (cf. Lumen Gentium, 1).P
So declares John Paul the Great to the then Archbishop of Athens and of all Greece, Archbishop Christodoulos.
