proof from the intellect - no proof of any sort - and so the atheist must always revert to the challenge Prove to me there is a God.
His arguments, following this, just about comprise:-
can you see your God? touch Him? hear Him? how can He let all this suffering take place? and the like.
The arguments of the atheist against a Creator are, consequently, quite pathetic and ring hollow and depressing.
