May the good Lord bless these 'Christians' and bring them to Truth, and I am positive that that He will bless all those honest searchers of The Truth.
Tony Abbott
The election of new leader of the Liberal/National Party in Australia, Tony Abbott, came as an astonishment to real-Catholics around the nation. It seemed to many that his time had not yet come--obviously it has!
The surprise came because he is himself a real-Catholic, and therefore he is in for a VERY bad time.
He will be attacked ferociously.
Undisguised hatred for him will abound, stemming from the evil-one
I have made the statement and I make it again:-

His election
was the most important event
in Australian political history,
to date.

There seems to me to be a divine Design in his assuming this leadership.
I say this, even as I believe that Australia needs a new political party to replace the outmoded and immoral socialist party known as The Australian Labor Party.
I say this, because in the ranks of the Liberal/National Parties there exist too many anti-life politicians; too many anti-family politicians.
There are many politicians in Australia who would think themselves 'Christian' but they have a very strange way of showing their 'Christian'  character. Some of them even claim to be 'Catholic' and they too have a novel method of following their Faith!
Tony Abbott is not one of these pretenders.
He IS Christian. He IS Catholic.
I am pleased to feel confident in making this prophetic statement:- If Tony Abbott gains the office of Prime Minister of Australia,
he will change the world.
And so, we pray for Tony Abbott's every political success when the odds are very much against him--even in his own party!
The Immaculate Conception
According to Catholic authorities one Scriptural indication pointing to Mary's Immaculate Conception, is Genesis:-
P 1   3  15  I will establish a feud between thee and the woman, and thy seed and her seed: she shall crush thy head, and thou shalt lie in wait for her heel. P

Numerous translations finish thus:- he shall crush thy head and thou shalt lie in wait for his heel, indicating that the 'seed' of the woman shall crush the serpent's head, rather then 'the woman', herself.
The latter translation seems awkward to me, for Scripture is talking about the woman and her seed and the serpent and his seed. One is then surprised that the seed of the woman crushes the serpent's head, leaving the seed of the serpent out of the equation.
However, The Church respects both translations.
In any case, the feud exists between the woman and her son and the serpent and his offspring.
It is clearly obvious, in both translations, that
the woman takes an historical role in the victory over the source of evil and that this victory will be the result of the intercession of Son of the woman, for mankind.

We know that the Seed of the woman
is Jesus Christ,
and as a result, we also know
that the woman is Mary.

Mary is the woman of Scripture.
New Adam and the New Eve
P 53  15  21  For by a man came death, and by a man the resurrection of the dead.
53  15  22  And as in Adam all die, so also in Christ all shall be made alive.
P(1 Cor.)
We observe here that Christ is the new Adam, confirmed further in the same Epistle:-
P 53  15  45  The first man Adam was made into a living soul; the last Adam into a quickening spirit.   53  15  46  Yet that was not first which is spiritual, but that which is natural; afterwards that which is spiritual.  53  15  47  The first man was of the earth, earthly: the second man, from heaven, heavenly.  P
It can be rightly and justly accepted then, that
the woman who perfectly co-operated with the new Adam--that is, Mary--was the new Eve.
In opposition to the old Eve who was disobedient, the new Eve was totally obedient.
P 9   1  38  And Mary said: Behold the handmaid of the Lord; be it done to me according to thy word. And the angel departed from her.  P
Indeed, it is obvious that The Almighty first required Mary's obedience to her becoming the Mother of the God-made-man.

We observe here that Eve's disobedience
induced Adam to bring evil upon mankind,
whereas Mary's obedience
was the impulse
which delivered Salvation to mankind.

The more we consider Genesis 3:15, the more we realise just what The Spirit is saying to us about the woman. And we
