Anglicans Turning to Catholicism

What do you think of the Pope making way for whole groups of Anglicans to enter The Church, Old Sage?

It is a wonderful part of history, that Benedict XVI is welcoming them into 'The Pillar of Truth'.

Most certainly. This is an historical event of some greatness.
Yes. We are witnessing a sign of the times. This, I would suggest, is a beginning of a massive return of Christians to The Universal Church.
It must also be a sign that people are waking up to the devil's deceptions.
That too. All of these Anglicans are disenchanted with the direction The Church of England is taking, particularly with regard to homosexual priests and priestesses.
Indeed. It points to the fact that citizens around the world are no longer accepting what is politically correct!
And that, in turn, reveals an enlightenment that can only have come from The Lord. And points also, to the closeness of the Era of The Spirit--the Era of Peace, for the world.
Sounds good to me, Old Sage.

Mary in Scripture

Old Sage, it is often said that Scripture says very little the Mother of Jesus.
I could agree with that if we are looking at the number of words said about Our Lady, but otherwise Scripture says many and marvellous things about Mary.
Yes. Once you accept Mary as 'The Woman' of Scripture, there is much said about her.
That is correct but even if you leave that aside, Scripture says great things about Mary.
What do you mean by that?
Just one example. If you look at Luke 1:15 and 1:41, you will observe that, at 'Mary's greeting', both the 'child in his mother's womb', and Elizabeth, his mother, were 'filled with The Holy Spirit'.
You are right as usual. That is undeniably sensational!
